Southern Alsace

Rixheim is particularly well situated due to its direct access to Germany and Switzerland; Wittelsheim and Wittenheim, in the heart of the commercial lungs of Mulhouse and its suburbs, are sites close to the A35 and A36.

Burnhaupt/Pont d’Aspach is ideally located between Mulhouse and Belfort on the A36 Bergheim/Ribeauvillé, in the heart of Alsace, at the foot of the vineyards, 1 km from the RD83, the North /South motorway backbone of Alsace.

Northern Alsace

The Erstein Kraft site is directly connected to the Lorraine, Northern Europe and Germany and is close to the Strasbourg urbane community.

We are currently seeking land and properties of significant size in North East France and especially Alsace in order to supplement our current property holdings.

The most important criteria for the choice of our investments are:

1. The geographical situation and access to transport routes; transport infrastructures.

2. 2. The size of the property available and its potential development. ( usually in excess of 3 acres)

3. The quality of the premises with regards to the cost of adapting it to current standards of energy performance, environmental and human safety, fire safety.
